1. Cancellation Window

1.1 Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours from the date and time of ordering.

1.2 After 12 hours, orders cannot be cancelled because our apparel items are made to order. Once the fulfilment process has started, we are unable to cancel the order.

2. How to Cancel an Order

2.1 To cancel an order within the 12-hour window, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible at sup@thoughtsfactory.co with your order number and request for cancellation.

2.2 We will process your cancellation request and confirm the cancellation via email. If your order falls within the 12-hour window, you will receive a full refund.

3. Orders Beyond 12 Hours

3.1 Any cancellation requests received after the 12-hour window will not be processed, as the fulfilment process for made-to-order items will have already begun.

3.2 If you have any concerns about your order after the 12-hour window, please contact our Customer Support team. While we cannot cancel the order, we will do our best to address your concerns.

4. Refund Processing

4.1 For cancellations made within the 12-hour window, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original method of payment.
