Refund and Returns Policy

At Thoughtsfactory.co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a refund policy subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Refunds
1.1 To be eligible for a refund, you must request the return within 14 days from the date you received your order.
1.2 The item must be unworn, like in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging, including the label. Items that are worn, damaged, or altered in any way are not eligible for a refund.
1.3 Proof of purchase is required to process a refund. Please retain your receipt or order confirmation email as proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items
2.1 Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
Gift cards
Final sale items
3. Requesting a Return
3.1 To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Support team at sup@thoughtsfactory.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
4. Return Shipping
4.1 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4.2 We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Unclaimed and Wrong Address Parcels
5.1 If a parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed or because of an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
5.2 Reshipment charges will apply and must be paid by the customer before the parcel is sent out again.
6. Processing Refunds
6.1 Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
6.2 If your return is approved, a partial refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
6.3 The partial refund amount will be determined based on the condition of the returned item and any applicable restocking fees. Typically, partial refunds is 50% of the original purchase price, excluding shipping fee.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
7.1 If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
7.2 Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
7.3 Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

8. Exchanges
8.1 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at sup@thoughtsfactory.co.
9. Notification for EU Consumers
9.1 In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right to withdraw from a purchase does not apply to:
Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
Sealed items that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.
