We offer standard shipping option. Shipping costs may vary based on your location selected at the checkout. Get to unlock FREE SHIPPING option to the USA for orders over $80.
We ship worldwide, including the U.S., UK and most Europe countries as we have warehouse in the U.S. and Europe. You may enter your address at the checkout, there will be a notice if your entered address is not available.
To confirm dispatch, we will send you an email as soon as your order/package leaves our warehouse. You can trace the status of your order's shipment at any time by using the tracking number that was included in the email. Please don't hesitate to get in touch with us if you haven't received the email yet, and we will look into it for you. To assist us in finding your order, kindly include your order number.
Delivery times vary based on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 2-5 business days, with additional shipping time depending on your location, usually it takes a total of 3-7 business days for the U.S., UK, and most Europe countries. For some minor locations may take up to 10 business days. Please be taking weather into consideration when it comes to delivery by the courier service.
If a parcel is returned to us due to being unclaimed or an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipment charges will apply. Thus, kindly please check carefully with your address at the checkout section.

 

R E T U R N S & R E F U N D S

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused/unworn, in their original condition, and packaging. Certain items, like gift cards and personalized products, are non-returnable. For more details, please check up our Refund Policy Page.
To initiate a return, contact us at sup@thoughtsfactory.co with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your returned item.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. Approved refunds are processed as partial refunds to your original payment method within a few days. The refund amount will depend on the condition of the returned item and any applicable restocking fees.
If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account and contact your credit card company. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at sup@thoughtsfactory.co.
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, the right to withdraw from a purchase does not apply to: - Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. - Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons.
